Great and fast efficient service, very friendly and helpful staff. Was greeted and helped by Lian Sang, who answered all of my questions. They pushed me into a finance deal that was unnecessary. See complaint# 21590209 on BBB and read my review on their facebook page under "reviews" for a blow by blow, day by day description of the worst example of customer service on the planet. I've called every day and no one returns their call OR even picks up the phone. I've owned Tundra's for the last 20 years and I will never go back to this dishonest dealership who's only interest is profit even if it means screwing over a senior citizen. More
