I called ahead of time, was more or less guaranteed a price. I warned her not to waste my time - I show up and the manager practically laughs at the deal. This was the worst place I ever went. They made me wait two hours to fix my trunk which he fixes in 10 mins and sat down and ate us lunch. The mechanics are good as well except Rudy. I don't why they do why they do by I was the worst service I ever revived in my life and if you want to do any service make sure he doesn't touch your car More
Sent my cx7 in for servicing it was making a loud noise, 3 days later I was told it was the vvt, not to worry its covered under an extended warranty through mazda. I then was asked to do some other repairs 3 days later I was told it was the vvt, not to worry its covered under an extended warranty through mazda. I then was asked to do some other repairs that I declined (just regular maintenance stuff) since my brother in law is a mechanic and can do all that stuff. I was then informed that I was being charged a diagnosis fee of 2hrs ($212) which I was not made aware of when I was told it was "all" covered under mazda. I processed to then call mazda canada they said they should not be charging me this and they will investigate. I truly believe that a. being female they thought they could just push me around b.they where trying to rip me off. I do not recommend this dealership they are rude and lack in customer service skills as well as communication skills. More
The worst customer experience !! Front desk staffs were very rude and unfriendly. I took my Mazda 3 for a regular service and left with a note on manufacture's record (an attempt to void my warranty) for r very rude and unfriendly. I took my Mazda 3 for a regular service and left with a note on manufacture's record (an attempt to void my warranty) for refusing to flush coolant with them, even though I had ~ 5000 km before recommended coolant flush. After the incident I found out that this happened to others as well. I regret not doing my homework on them prior to my visit. More

They lied about the charge after you asked them why they extra charge the inspection fee as they mentioned they will not charge it if you do services there. They started to lie about it, asked "did you record what we said". The acted like gangsters, and didn't care about customer. All they want is pull the money out of your pocket, once it out , you will never get it back. If you want to get the worst service you could ever imagine , go there. you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
