My first visit to Addison East for service I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in for a transmission issue and my 4th and last remaining GM oil change. I explained the problem that I was ha I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in for a transmission issue and my 4th and last remaining GM oil change. I explained the problem that I was having with Service Advisor, Shaun and the work order was written up accordingly . I was given a complementary coupon that gave me a coffee and muffin and I waited at the dealership for a little over an hour. They did a reprogram for the tranny and did the oil change. That seems to have fixed my issue and the truck drives much better. I bought the vehicle used from the GM dealership in Niagara Falls. Overall it seems to be a decent vehicle. More

I went for my regular oil change and Tire Rotation. I own a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu that I had purchased from Addison on Eglinton. During the service, it was noted that my right chock absorber had a leak I own a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu that I had purchased from Addison on Eglinton. During the service, it was noted that my right chock absorber had a leak. For safety, and tire usage, both shock were changed. A Wheel alignment was performed. During the wheel alignment it was notice that my back left wheel alignment was out of position caused by accumulated to rust. The component was cleaned by the Mechanic and the wheel alignment on my car is now perfect. I always had my car service by GM Addison on Eglinton in Mississauga. I am receiving excellent service from Neil Thomas as well as the Mechanics. Have a great day. Emile Tousignant More
Not satisfied I purchased my chevy in March 2016, the auto stop engine was working for a few month then it stopped, when I complained to the dealer they said batter I purchased my chevy in March 2016, the auto stop engine was working for a few month then it stopped, when I complained to the dealer they said battery charge should be +75%, they charged the battery few hours, it worked for few days, then they said it is too cold, system will not work, after many complaint during 3 years under guaranty, they didn't take any action, not even replacing the battery. I drive my car in the city, this is why the auto stop engine system encourage me to buy it, but I didn't get any gas economy with this system, which I paid for it, I am really disappointed. More
