2012 VW Came in looking for a used car. Our saleswomen Miranda was very helpful, honest, knowledge, and did not put pressure on for a sale. The manager came i Came in looking for a used car. The manager came in and worked with us on pricing to ensure we got pricing we were confront able with. I would recommend this staff as a bench mark for other dealerships. More

Amazing service as soon as you walk in the door someone was there to great you. Poor salesmanship Had an unsolicited email about my car on Craigslist from Tawrin Denoni offering to sell me a new car and use my more valuable car as a $3,000 trade in Had an unsolicited email about my car on Craigslist from Tawrin Denoni offering to sell me a new car and use my more valuable car as a $3,000 trade in - of course they put no value on the trade and would take it out of the value of the new car. Regardless this is the most pathetic, weak attempt to generate a sales lead and shows Abbotsford VW is desperate for any sales following the loss of diesel models. Stay away from a business running shady and unethical practices like these to get you in the door- they've already shown their true colours. More

I traded up from a 2013 Jetta to a 2015! I have been talking to Melissa about getting a co-signer so I could get into the car I originally wanted but couldn't qualify for due to my credit rat I have been talking to Melissa about getting a co-signer so I could get into the car I originally wanted but couldn't qualify for due to my credit rating. I just came in the store to change a burnt out head light, but after the info I gave her, she passed it on to accounting and I was approved!
