Just find a local mechanic that will change you less and not lie to you. More
Please think twice before taking your vehicle to Nissan Abbotsford. I bought this vehicle from them in 2024 I recently took my Nissan Pathfinder to the Nissan Abbotsford location on August 26, 2026, fo Abbotsford. I bought this vehicle from them in 2024 I recently took my Nissan Pathfinder to the Nissan Abbotsford location on August 26, 2026, for an oil change and car wash. What should have been a routine service turned into a very disappointing customer experience. The service took more than two hours, which was already much longer than expected. When I received my vehicle back, I noticed scratch marks on the rear bumper that were not there before I brought the vehicle in. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, Mitch, but instead of taking the concern seriously or investigating what had happened, he completely denied responsibility. The car wash was also extremely disappointing. The vehicle was returned with stains and dirt still clearly visible, and I had to point these issues out to the manager. His response was that it was only a “courtesy wash.” In my opinion, calling it a courtesy wash does not mean the vehicle should be returned with visible dirt and stains still left on it. If a dealership offers a wash as part of the service, I would expect at least a reasonable level of cleaning. I also have a Lifetime VIP Oil Change Plan, which I purchased expecting reliable service and good customer support. Because of this experience, the manager initially told me that the amount I had paid for the plan would be refunded. However, when I showed him that the plan cost approximately $700, he then refused to provide the full refund and said the maximum he could offer was $300. What disappointed me most was not just the scratch or the poor wash—it was the way my concerns were handled. I expected the dealership to listen, investigate the damage, take responsibility where appropriate, and work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I felt that my concerns were being dismissed and defended rather than properly addressed. I have no problem paying for a service when it is done properly, but professionalism, accountability, and customer service matter just as much as the service itself. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers inspect their vehicles carefully before leaving Nissan Abbotsford, especially after a service and wash, and make sure any damage or concerns are documented immediately. Very disappointing experience and not the level of customer service I expected from a Nissan dealership. More

Spoke to both salesman and manager yo let me know if the status of the vehicle changes as I was coming from out of town to view it. The morning I arrived at the dealership I was told the vehicle is not available. They wanted me to look at a comparable vehicle same year lower kms higher price and different color. I told them this was strike one but agreed to look at the other vehicle. Let them know clearly I was not impressed. Apparently the salesman sent a message to me at 910 am I was already on my way to the 10 am appt at the dealership. Noticed this new vehicle had several scratches while viewing it. After the drive they presented me with some numbers. I was not excited to see them although knew the reality of the history of my vehicle which I agreed was significant. I did not try to hide or lie about the history and was transparent with the sales man the night before. The dealership said I failed to disclose although they had the information they needed to pull the carfax so nothing was hidden. They chose not to do their homework until the day of the appointment. I did not like the numbers and requested my keys back several times. The manager asked me what was my number again I said we were far apart and wanted my keys to leave. So I was not angry or frustrated just felt the manager was dishonest from the start. Stay away from abbottaford nissan. More

I had battery issues since day 1 that they would not do anything about even though the battery failed their own test. Recently my A/C stopped working. Nissan wanted $750 to diagnose the issue!! I took it elsewhere for $120 and was told the codes needed to be cleared out and that this is a very common issue with Rogues that Nissan is well aware of. Clearing the codes worked. I have zero trust in this service department and likely would never purchase another Nissan. More
Very poor experience with Abbotsford Nissan and specially with the Service Manager Mitch. I would not give any star rating. I left my Nissan Altima for service with no windshield damage. When I picked it with the Service Manager Mitch. I would not give any star rating. I left my Nissan Altima for service with no windshield damage. When I picked it up, there was a clear crack. I reported it immediately and even provided photos as requested by them to compare. Instead of taking responsibility, Mitch refused the claim, hiding behind the excuse that their video footage is “not clear.” That is not acceptable. The vehicle was in their custody, and they are accountable for what happens during that time. I am now escalating to Nissan Canada and consumer protection authorities. Very disappointing and specially with the Guy Mitch, I won't recommend Nissan Abbotsford instead go to Langley or Chilliwack. More
I have bought two vehicles from this dealer in the past - one in 2021 another in 2023 (which is the subject of the review). Was going to purchase the Nissan Platinum Extended Warranty for our 2023 Nissan Ro one in 2021 another in 2023 (which is the subject of the review). Was going to purchase the Nissan Platinum Extended Warranty for our 2023 Nissan Rogue. I called on April 25 to get a quote from the Finance Department regarding the warranty. When connected with the right department I was greeted by a woman who said, after I stated my inquiry, "I am too busy, you will have to call back!" and hung up. I called the next, day sent to the right department and again "I am too busy I will have to call you back so leave your number." I left my number and after two days I had no phone call. Today this AM I sent an email through to their on line portal asking for some one to call me about the warranty purchase and shortly got a text message from a salesman saying he was wanting to help me buy a new car. To say the least I went to our local Nissan Dealer in Pitt Meadows and completed warranty purchase in a few minutes. I am not sure if Better Business deals with service complaints but would certainly give this deal a big fat FAIL Will ot be back for our next purchase of two cars this summer More

I switched to Abbotsford Nissan from Go Nissan Edmonton a year and a half ago with a 7-year Nissan contract that includes free oil changes and car washes/vacuums with each visit. However, over the course of year and a half ago with a 7-year Nissan contract that includes free oil changes and car washes/vacuums with each visit. However, over the course of three oil changes, they've consistently made excuses about the vacuum being broken and never vacuumed my car. This doesn't make sense over a year and a half. Additionally, I discovered they changed my license plate cover without my permission, using their own branded cover for their own advertising, which is disrespectful and a breach of personal property. Furthermore, I brought my vehicle twice for a speaker issue where the driver's side speaker cuts out, and both times the service department couldn't resolve the problem. If you want good service, I would not recommend this dealership. More
