We stand by our customers from the moment they walk through the doors, up until the last day they own our vehicles. We believe in achieving high standards across the departments. I had a chance to get in touch with you following this review you left us, and I outlined a plan for us to try and assist you. Unfortunately as I stated on the phone, we cannot begin this plan until you bring the vehicle back to us for our inspection. Since your purchase, you have not made any effort to bring us the vehicle once so that we can figure out the underlying issues you mentioned. I also tried to set something up for the near future and your response was again, I am to busy. Our service manager Jody Clarke is ready and prepared to work with you, and the sales management team is here for you, and we always will be. So whenever your ready, please give me a call so that I personally may get you set up for an appointment, so that we can get our plan of action started. You mentioned you are not satisfied with the service you received but according to our records, we have not had any opportunity to provide you any service since the purchase date due to your unwillingness bring the car back. We hope to see you and the vehicle in the near future, and we will make every effort to diagnose and repair the issues you mentioned, should any issues be present.
