This decision is immediately followed by the Business Manager trying to convince you that you need to spend a lot more money to ensure that the car performs. It is a major downer to the transaction. Don't know how you fix this but I think you should. More

We were interested in the truck but couldn't drive to Barrie so we had a Skype meeting on the Saturday; test drove the truck at our home in Toronto on Tuesday and bought it on Wed.
