Cathy Gray was our agent and led this transaction with utmost professionalism. She provided us with all the necessary information regarding the vehicle and answered all our questions and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product she is selling and we had no concern about finalizing this transaction. The mounds of paperwork were overwhelming but she was very prepared; had all the documents in order for our signature and did not waste time having to find this or that. This transaction was seamless and we are very impressed with Cathy and the manner in which she treats her customers. She does all the hard work and makes certain that she has addressed all our needs. thank you! More

Cathy was helpful, informative, and willing to take the time at the end of a long day to help us find the car we were looking for. She put the numbers together with us at her desk to make the process open, transparent, logical, and all this was done without a hint of any sales pressure. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, speedy, and the list goes on.....One individual that exemplifies all these characteristics and more is Peter Scrivens. I can wholeheartedly and fully recommend Peter. I've purchased 2 vehicles this year from HMP and in both instances I've had the pleasure to work with Peter. Peter worked diligently and efficiently in ensuring that all the boxes on my must have list were checked; in fact, I got more than expected - definitely a nice surprise. I hope GM is aware of the assets they have in HMP as a dealer and Peter as an employee. After all, in my case and many others alike, HMP and Peter are the face of GM. Great job HMP and Peter!
