This time I brought my car in because of the fob not always 'working' and particularly because one day the screen said " cannot locate a fob in the vehicle". This after we had got in the car, drove to the grocery store and we were only told this after we had stopped. Once again, Ryan listened to me, had the car checked out and even though they could find nothing, he took me seriously. Now, at least, they have record of the complaint and if it happens again I am sure they will check again. More
