Ripped Off! I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Birchwood Kia East on March 22th, 2017. I test drove the car a week earlier when it was dirty and covered in sno I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Birchwood Kia East on March 22th, 2017. I test drove the car a week earlier when it was dirty and covered in snow and ice. I also traded in a vehicle on this purchase. When I picked up the Malibu it was parked under an overhang in the shade. After I drove the car home and got out and looked across the roof to talk to a friend, I noticed there was hail damage on the roof and trunk. Also when I purchased the vehicle the loans manager got a buyout number on the loan I had on the car I traded in and said the loan would be paid within five days. I continued to make payments on the trade in for another month! I found out that the loans manager called the bank and got a new buyout amount weeks after I had traded my old car in. Since I was still making payments on the old car the buyout was less for them. They owned the car and I was Making payments on it. I have emailed and called every manager in the building, no one will call me back. Do not trust these people, they are shysters. More

I was very straight forward with what we needed both in a car and in price and although it didn't originally seem that we were going to be able to make a deal, the staff worked to meet our needs. The process of purchasing a vehicle was comfortable and the staff did not rush but took time to make sure we were well informed and had all our questions answered in a way that made us feel valued. When we felt the detailing was not done well enough when we came to pick up the vehicle, staff once again immediately adressed the issue in a way meant very little inconvenience to us. When we disagreed about a couple issues, staff members were respectful and receptive to making sure things were done in a way we were comfortable with. Staff we dealt with did everything they could to get our bussiness without being pushy or manipulative. Just as importantly, they continued to make sure to patiently address further questions and concerns even after they made the sale. Our happiness and confidence seemed genuinely important and little extras were done to make the process as smooth and convenient for us as it could be. I was helping my mom find what will probably be her last vehicle and was so impressed by the experience that I will be recommending that my daughter visit this dealership when she is ready to buy her first car! More

I can say that I was not satisfied with their services and was looking for another dealership to go. As I really did not find one without any problem, I put up with it for sometime. As the time passed I saw positive changes in their services. I can say that still they can be better. Still they have some delays at delivery time, but otherwise the are treating their costumes with respect and do the job satisfactory. The guy who is usually taking care of my car is named Jhenner. He is really cooperative and cares about my concerns, so thanks to him. In the dealership,they also have free wifi and free coffee. Overall I can score this location maybe 9 out of 10. More
