Best Customer Service Ever So we needed a new truck on Friday may 19th 2017 ..wasn't sure who or what dealer to go with ..been to all the Edmonton ones so we decided on going fo So we needed a new truck on Friday may 19th 2017 ..wasn't sure who or what dealer to go with ..been to all the Edmonton ones so we decided on going for a little road trip and talk about what we wanted ..by the time we figured it out we were in Edson ..pulled into the lot of Chyrsler Dodge and was greeted by Jarad Paul a salesman there ..he was friendly ..funny ..and polite and very knowledgeable ..he made the whole process from start to finish enjoyable and stress free even the finance lady Kristina was an absolute joy to sit with and gave us the bare facts on what we would be paying ..no gimmicks.. no hassles just straight out customer care ..and that we appreciated alot because no one likes the run around while buying a vehicle ..even down to the extras we wanted Jarad and her made it happen for us ..would i recommend them to anyone.. you betcha ! they were all fast ..efficient.. and knowledgeable and friendly ..i would give them 10 stars ! they understand people have places to go and people to see ..and did it all in 3 hours !! and yes we enjoyed our ride home to Edmonton in our 2017 dodge ram 1500 ..thanks again Chrysler Dodge ..Ron Wiens ..Edmonton Alberta More

Fantastic Friendly I got to the dealership Jared meant us very accommodating took us out to the truck that I had picked from the internet. Did not expect so many fancy I got to the dealership Jared meant us very accommodating took us out to the truck that I had picked from the internet. Did not expect so many fancy add ons. It was like Christmas came early. Then we went in and meant Kristina Lussoso she got all the paper work and explained all things that was on the contract. Then the owner stopped in Wendy Meister to say Hi and asked if everything was going ok. Very nice. We where in and out in 3 hours. Loved that they cleaned and washed the new truck and gave us a tank of gas. and 7 free oil changes. All in all very fast and friendly Thanks More

Amazing, Fast service I went into the dealership on April 28th after hitting a pot hole on Hwy16. The staff were very quick to take my car in and look at it even though the I went into the dealership on April 28th after hitting a pot hole on Hwy16. The staff were very quick to take my car in and look at it even though there was other people there as well. The parts and service staff went above and beyond looking for the tire and rim that i needed. I drive a mini cooper, so this was not an easy task! They called everywhere and within and hour or so they had located some rims and tires to be brought in for my car, due to the weekend the fastest was Monday but that didn't stop them from trying to help me get another vehicle in the mean time. Amanda from parts and service went out of her way to help me do some running around with her OWN personal vehicle when there was no shuttle available. The manager i assume, Wendy was also kind to me and did everything she could to help as I was stuck in Edson. Overall everyone was very friendly, courteous, helpful and understanding. I have never seen a dealership go above and beyond like this. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Wendy found me a great deal on exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle eg: mileage, warranty, and let's not forget comfort. This showed me that she cares about her customers. Candy was also a great help by showing me things about my new vehicle like the satellite radio which my husband loves, she also made the transition of getting into new vehicle from my old one a smooth process. I was pleased with Kristina's work as well, she was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Lind was also a huge help in making this happen, I was hesitant about having to deal with a sales person because some can be a tad pushy and rush you into making a decision which I do not like. She assured me that everyone would be helpful and not pushy. Thank you all. More

Top notch service! I have been a dodge customer for several years. Was passing through Edson and was having troubles with my 2014 truck, was planning to trade it in thi I have been a dodge customer for several years. Was passing through Edson and was having troubles with my 2014 truck, was planning to trade it in this spring anyhow, so figured I would stop in Edson and check out their dealership. As a woman who was looking at trucks, I appreciated that I was treated with respect by all staff members (some dealerships will treat women differently/poorly.... very frustrating). Very pleased with my experience. Even though I live in Slave Lake and we have a dealership here, I will be coming to Edson for any major service or repairs whenever possible. More
