My best experience ever in buying a truck. I met John on the phone last October when I was looking for Diesel truck for my future RV plans. Because of Johns professionalism and calm but relentless task of wanting to help me find the right truck, I stayed with him in his effort and in March this year I bought a new RAM 3500 Laramie. I am in the service industry and I understand what an incredible asset John is to Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge,...I only wish I could clone him. Buyer Beware : I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee with a defective engine (oil leaking into the cylinders causing the engine to misfire and unable to drive). The v : I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee with a defective engine (oil leaking into the cylinders causing the engine to misfire and unable to drive). The vehicle had 140 km on the odometer when I bought it and it’s been in for repair 3 times for a total of 18 days - I’ve only had the Jeep a few weeks and it’s been in for repair half it’s life. I need a reliable vehicle for work and being without one for 3 weeks is detrimental to my business but what I’m most upset about is the fact that I paid full price for a NEW vehicle and what I got was a defective, unreliable automobile that needed a long list of repairs - that’s not a fair exchange. All I wanted was a full refund on the vehicle or a straight exchange on another Cherokee. The only offer they would make was a "trade in” towards another Jeep - That’s unacceptable because I paid $44,000 and they offered me a trade in value of $27,000…..$17,000.00 less! ….If they feel the vehicle is only worth $27,000 they they should reduce the price to $27,000. More

Just the straight goods with a very knowledgeable salesperson; Colin is a professional who knows his vehicles, considerate of every detail and just smooths the whole process. It took only minutes once I returned from my bank. I drove away in a fantastic new Cherokee Jeep that is far more vehicle than I ever dreamed I would own! I was kept well informed of the process, the followups etc, the manager emailed me the next day keeping in touch. Two thumbs up for this car dealership😎 More

Awesome! I hit a pothole with my little Fiat - tire and rim was damaged. I had it towed to Okanagan Chrysler. I was stressed as I had to be at a meeting. Got me to my meeting as quick as humanly possible. Touched base with her after the meeting and she told me they'd have to order parts in and it didn't appear as though it would be fixed until the following week. I explained that I live outside of Vernon and work in Kelowna. She moved mountains and I had my car back by Saturday.
