Wouldn't service my Audi anywhere else! I have owned 3 Audi's now and couldn't be happier with the service at Uptown Audi. I have experienced terrible service at Pfaff Audi in the past whic I have owned 3 Audi's now and couldn't be happier with the service at Uptown Audi. I have experienced terrible service at Pfaff Audi in the past which has now lead me to Uptown. All of my needs have been dealt with in a professional manner and the technician who worked on my vehicle immediately found and took care of my concern. Excellent dealership! More

Butt Cigarette in my car after service I usually do my service at Pfaff Audi, but due to distance, this time I decided to service my Audi at Audi Uptown. Upon picking up my car and opening I usually do my service at Pfaff Audi, but due to distance, this time I decided to service my Audi at Audi Uptown. Upon picking up my car and opening door, I notice this strong cigarette smell. I thought it might have been the service person just finishing a smoke outside. However, upon sitting in my seat, I discover a cigarette butt. I took a picture which is attached with this comment. I do not smoke and I am on my way to pick up my kid. She is recovering from a cold with a bad cough, so I am really concerned. The service advisor Hagop upon seeing the cigarette butt says to me that it might have been picked up on someone's foot and dropped in the car, that there is still smoke coming out of the butt. They offered to open the windows for me and air it out while I wait. Apparently no one is responsible for this in the entire department. What do you guys think? M More

$600+ charged for courtesy car AFTER returned and inspected As a long time BMW owner, I finally got my first Audi and have been pleased overall with the purchase, the quality of the vehicle and service at Audi As a long time BMW owner, I finally got my first Audi and have been pleased overall with the purchase, the quality of the vehicle and service at Audi Uptown. However, beware of using their courtesy cars during a service appointment through their rental car company, Dollar Thrifty Car Rental (4470 Highway 7 E). I brought my car in for a routine oil change and service update which took 5 hours and just drove the car 15 km round trip using $4 of gas to my home. No issues or accidents whatsoever occurred under my supervision of the rental car. I returned the car and the car was inspected with no damage so I left. Ten days later I receive a harsh, almost insulting letter from Raymond Cheung at Dollar Thrifty Car Rental accusing me of causing $600+ worth of damage without any proof of the damage occurring under my supervision. I was traveling at the time, so I emailed back my surprise and astonishment at being accused of causing such damage and then without any consideration or waiting until I returned to Canada, I was charged $618.40 on my credit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Wow, is this a scam as I'm reading about many similar cases from shady rental agencies charging customers similar amounts after the cars are returned? Audi Uptown is a good dealership but why did they hire such a shady car rental business to rent cars to their unsuspecting customers?! Beware and if you have had a similar incident at this dealership or elsewhere, I'd like to hear it on this forum. I rated this dealership 1 star as well since the customer representative wasn't helpful at all when I notified him of my problem. He told me he had a customer in front of him and tried to get me off the phone. I think being charged an extra $618.40 for nothing is deserving of some investigative time especially for one of your valued customers. More

I only gave one star because I can't give zero stars. No one ever picks up the phone and return voicemails. Problems are never addressed or fixed. My mom's car has been problematic since last year and it keeps on being returned to her with the same unfixed problems and sometime with additional problems. My mom doesn't speak English well and every time she goes in the Manager is incredibly rude. She was frustrated to the point of tears. I was on the phone with the manager at the time and he was blaming me for not having gone to the dealership with my mom even after I explained I'm in London for school. Don't get your car from here! No customer service should operate this way. No one should be spoken to or treated this way. This is not a one time occurrence. When I called on my mom's behalf a couple month ago, I spoke to Robert Yuen. He was no different. Incredibly rude and sneered at me and responded to my concerns with "Are you xxxxing kidding me." More
