Ken even arranged for my car to be picked up from Langley and brought to the dealership when I couldn't get time to bring it in and fixed my fog light for free! He is a pleasure to deal with and always has a friendly smile. I always feel good about bringing my car in knowing Ken is making sure everything is done correctly. Keep up the great work! More
Oops we did it again !! Once again we have decided to look at another Volkswagen. Mel was very helpful in getting us into a Tiguan. When we first drove my brothers Tiguan 4 y Once again we have decided to look at another Volkswagen. Mel was very helpful in getting us into a Tiguan. When we first drove my brothers Tiguan 4 years ago we fell in love with the VW's. It took us a couple of Jettas to work up to the new Tiguan we got today. As they had a few on the lot, Mel was very helpful in getting us into the right one. As she is the sales manager now she set us up with Joel. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well and thanks again to August for her financial advice. More

Poor service experience Went to the Abbotsford VW dealership Wednesday to activate master cards re omission issue and was told by Mike i needed the car at the dealership. Boo Went to the Abbotsford VW dealership Wednesday to activate master cards re omission issue and was told by Mike i needed the car at the dealership. Booked an appointment 2 days later for an oil change and to activate the cards. Brought the car in on Friday and Mike said need my wife there to activate cards and added the nice little comment that i would be committing fraud by activating the cards because they were in my wife's name?!?!?!. Nice to be told by service geek that i would be committing fraud. Seems kind of ironic that the transaction was to activate cards used as shut up money for a VW fraud. I was so ticked off at Mike's comment i left without getting the oil change and went and got it done at another dealership. I did leave a message with receptionist to the dealer owner/manager to call me back so i could express my concerns but never got a call back. Here is a little advice for the dealership in future communication. Be very specific when telling people who needs to come in to activate cards, also telling customers they are committing fraud is not the greatest way to attract repeat business!! More
