Pleasant and efficient from start to finish. With the first cold snap of the season, it was understandably busy with snow tire installations, so my service took longer than usual, so I did not wa With the first cold snap of the season, it was understandably busy with snow tire installations, so my service took longer than usual, so I did not wait in the lobby but used the shuttle instead. I did not have to wait at all for my ride home, and managed to use my time there. We were out for a walk when Jill called (earlier than anticipated), and by the time we heard the message and responded, I had missed the ride she had intended for me, so she arranged a different ride and he was promptly there. My car had been vacuumed and washed and was gleaming! Thank you. More
