Worst Dealership experience ever! I had computer issues with a Saturn Sky I purchased from this dealership and also had $2600 added to my bill for an insurance coverage that they sell I had computer issues with a Saturn Sky I purchased from this dealership and also had $2600 added to my bill for an insurance coverage that they sell there. I was treated horribly, humiliated, brought in my broken down unreliable car and was told they weren't responsible for my Rental which is covered under the insurance. Danny was rude and seemed to know nothing. Finally, I was given a courtesy car as the place was closing and one of the girls there overheard the dilemma. I got the car back a few days later, paid the bill and was told to continue driving it until it completely stops working. I left deflated and upset. So much for going there EVERvAgain!!! If you are buying they are nice if you need their help they kick your xxx out the door. I am 51 and have had many dealership experiences. I went to Preston with my issue and I was treated like a queen there. Those guys ROCK! And I have never even purchased from them. I know where to take my business next time . Thank you PRESTON! More

There was minor confusion on getting the protection package completed but all involved pulled out all the stops to accommodate my timetable.
