I had read and watched reviews and videos of different SUVs from countless websites for almost a month. With a family of 5, I made sure I tested other same category SUVs in terms of ride, handling, capability, fuel economy and comfort for long drives. Hands down I chose the 2015 Honda CRV. I personally do not like to be sales-talked, so when I met Mo Khidir at T&T Honda I right away know he is the guy I want to deal with. He is not only very knowledgeable as a product advisor he is very honest, courteous, accommodating and most of all he will not stop until he gets you the best deal. I am 100% sure that other customers who dealt with Mo will confirm the same awesome experience I had. From the car detailer, to the financial specialist, to the manager, I felt well accommodated. The delivery staff just passes the part to me.I explained everything and tolled to the staff about need to install.The drivel staff let me go to service desk. And service staff said; need to make appointment to install.Then, again I explained from beginning.But I had to make an appointment and leave my vehicle for half day.To install door edge guard is only 15 minutes to install. I checked you tube by HONDA.Every time I had to explain.Every time I heard different story.Time to pick up, new vehicle should be finished. I could not believe review for T and T Honda. More
