The most comfortable car purchase experience. We had narrowed down our choice of vehicles the Sorento or the Santa Fe across the street at Hyundai. We decided to go to Kia first because I slightly preferred the styling of the Sorento and we were greeted immediately by Aman. He treated us like friends, no sales pressure even though we walked in at the end of the month. He was patient and curteous. We drove 3 different trim levels of the Sorento and 2 versions (2015 and the newly redesigned 2016) and all the while, Aman was very patient and accommodating to us. I cannot say enough about Aman's customer service, especially considering this is a high volume dealer, Aman NEVER made us feel like he was pushing us out the door looking for the next sale even though we had a unique financing issue. Even when we couldn't arrange for babysitting and we had our 18 month old running a muck while we tried to hash out the deal, he and his colleagues were very patient with us...to the point that Younas even gave our little guy some cookies to pacify him. I truly feel that we've entered into a long term relationship with Kia of Brampton and it's all because of the superb customer service we received from Aman and his teammates. I honestly didn't even know what the vehicle was, but Neil spent some time asking insightful questions like, 'what do you drive now? What interests you about this vehicle? armed with some key pointers, Neil went about educating me on the merits of a possible upgrade from my current sedan. Long story short, Neil identified some key needs and positioned the right opportunity that matched my needs.
