Brampton North Nissan lost my business! On Feb-2-2015 bought Nissan Versa Note. Salesman Mr Anil Mehta such a nice person, no complaint about him. I offered $1500 off from purchase price and On Feb-2-2015 bought Nissan Versa Note. Salesman Mr Anil Mehta such a nice person, no complaint about him. I offered $1500 off from purchase price and i no need 0% finacing. Mr Anil Mehta present my off er to manager Jack and he accepted. In my next visit Jack try to sell me electronic rust control device for $1580 and told me it cost only $80. (Basically he try to get back $1500 which is i got rebate). I refused, he twisted and told me you getting free offer of fabric protection plan worth $500. I told him i don't him i don't need it. Well. he said it is free. I said ok, i take it. I signed the bill and pick up my car. After couple of day i check the bill of sale and shocked. Jack charged me $500 Plus HST for fabric protection plan. I called General Manager his name is Asgar Molu. He was on vacations. I called after week and talk to Asgar Molu and told him the story. His said Jack (Manager) he never lie in his life. I told him ok then let me talk to him. Asgar Molu told me Jack is on vacations he will come back next week. I call Jack, he said you sign the bill and i don't give you rebate for $1500. I just gave you rebate $1000. Again i called Asgar Molu, he said you signed the sale of bill and you lied. My staff never lie and hang up the phone. Now bottom line is i will go back to Brampton North Nissan for service my car. My advise to all if buying a car from Brampton North Nissan don't sign bill of sale before reading the bill. More
