Great Service. Some minor issues. I bought this Dodge Journey Crossroad in Oct. Price ended up a little higher than what I expected, but still good price. Everything is good except a dent I discovered on the hood the very first day I drove it home, along with some scratches at the back. I didn't call them coz I know they would not fix it anyway. Very minor issue, but still, a dent and scratches on a brand new car does not make customers extremely happy. More

I was overwhelmed by the staff's friendliness and appreciation for shoppers from the moment you walk through the doors. Yogi made me feel comfortable and confident in my journey to purchasing a new vehicle. Unlike other dealerships where they try to force you into any vehicle to make a sale, Yogi, was honest and patient no matter how many i wanted to test drive (3) and endless time going over options on line he guided me the process and made sure that I got exactly what i was looking for to suit my driving needs. I was taken aback by their "no haggle" policy, but the price that I was quoted was approximately $2000 less than other dealers' advertised prices for the same model and mileage of car, and there were absolutely no extra costs or add-ons. The list price, plus HST and $5.00 OMVIC fee, is exactly what I paid. I have bought quite a few used cars over the years - this was a pleasant surprise. When I picked up the car (it was ready to go just one day later!), it had been professionally detailed inside and out. The interior was spotless, and the engine compartment looked like new. No surprises...no problems...great service! Great service, no hassles - I definitely recommend this dealership. More
