I came, I saw, I bought. I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon when I came in with my daughter and grandson to look at new cars. A refreshing experience One of the most refreshing auto sales and purchasing experiences I have ever undertaken. Our sales representative (Sunny) clearly was very well-inform One of the most refreshing auto sales and purchasing experiences I have ever undertaken. Our sales representative (Sunny) clearly was very well-informed and confident about the product. The test drive was thorough and we were allowed, indeed encouraged, to put the vehicle through some other-then-normal performance (high speed cornering) and emergency circumstances to demonstrate its road-hugging and straight-line braking features. Throughout the drive, Sunny highlighted the car, rather than talk down the competition. (With other dealers, we have experienced "How was your weekend?" chattiness and a running patter about flaws (real or imagined) with the competition.) Showroom meetings -- with both Sunny and their Finance guy Michael Webb -- were likewise very well-informed and at no time did we feel we were being pressured to buy up or to consider a vehicle other than the one we had in mind when we walked through the door. At this point, we are awaiting delivery, but if our coming relationship is to be reflected in our first encounters with the sales staff, we are greatly looking forward to joining the "Zoom-zoom"ers. More

Ask for Zein! I bought my first car this week with Bank Street Mazda and I have to say, I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else in the future. I did a great deal of I bought my first car this week with Bank Street Mazda and I have to say, I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else in the future. I did a great deal of shopping online and knew that my first choice in a vehicle would be a new Mazda 3. I headed to Bank Street Mazda, simply because of the proximity to other dealerships in the hopes of making my shopping trip more efficient. It was my first and only stop that day. My sales person was Zein Jolan. He walked me through the features of the car and was very patient when I asked things like "this is pretty, but does this come in black?". We sat down and discussed the extra things I wanted with the car (ie. hatch back and heated seats) and then took it for a test drive. This beautiful 2014 Mazda 3 GS had great handling, good pick up and Zein was so patient while figured out the breaks (which were much better on this car, then my existing one). When we got back, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need, he simply laid everything out for me. He walked me through the financing options and worked with me and the Manager to come up with a price I was happy with. Zein made it simple. Once I signed my initial paperwork for my 2015 Mazda 3 GS, I got in touch with my insurance company to move everything over and make sure that it was all ready for when I picked up my car. I emailed Zein and he got me everything I needed in time to make all of the changes. No matter how many times I emailed him with questions or concerns, he was always happy to help this nervous first time shopper. When I finally picked up my new car (since named 'the bat-mobile') Zein was once again available to walk me through everything.. and I do mean everything. AND GET THIS.. he called me a couple days after I drove away, to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to see if I had any questions. The customer service I received from Zein and his manager Sean were better than I ever could have predicted. Every step of the way I really felt that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase and I am. I cannot imagine being without my bat mobile, but if ever I need something else, my first stop will be Bank Street Mazda and I will be asking for Zein. Thank you Zein and Sean :) Erin More
