Shelly explained the vehicle's features, took me through my "control panel" as I call it and after the test drive, I was sold. The finance staff walked me through options on test drive day and again when I signed the papers when I picked it up so I was able to make informed choices, The vehicle had all of its treatments done (leather, rust) and I drove off into the Sunset with a full tank of gas in my sunset coloured Edge. Brittany August I recently upgraded from my 2002 Ford Explorer truck to a 2008 Ford Escape SUV that I found at the Koch Fords used vehicle department. Brittany Augusto was the first salesmen to meet and greet myself and my parents as we browsed around the used car lot. Brittany greeted us with a friendly smile, upbeat personality, and was quickly able to help us find the type of vehicle we were looking for. My parents and myself loved dealing with Brittany because of how approachable, charismatic, and professionally put together she acted and looked. I purchased the vehicle the same day we met Brittany. Brittany even phoned me the next day to ask how driving the new vehicle was and if I had any further question or concerns. This was my first time going to an actual dealership to look for a vehicle and Brittany made my first experience a great one.
