Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the lack of support provided by the people there.
For over a week, I have been calling and visiting the dealership to get a copy of my contract. Each time I call, I'm told that Leonardo, who can supposedly help, is busy and will call me back. This never happens. When I do speak to him, he transfers me to the leasing department, where I'm told I need to come in person to get the information. This runaround is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Despite visiting the dealership in person, I was quickly dismissed without any help. This lack of cooperation and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I am paying for an overpriced car and expected basic support, but this dealership has failed miserably in providing it.
I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive car dealership. The service I received was appalling and has caused me significant inconvenience.
