I am really disappointed with the service centre for my wife’s vehicle. We have a disabled daughter, and reason we picked Subaru outback was for the trunk size for all of her needs - including collapsible wheelchair.
We expressed our displeasure multiple times, and was assured would be better the next time she needed to come in once part was available.
Her trunk malfunctioned and was brought in, and seemed to be ok for a bit. It then malfunctioned again, and we have been back (and forth) 5+ times, and being over an hour away from the dealership, and waiting countless hours in the waiting room often, for the car not to even be brought in for 7 hours!!! xxx!! Why have her there for 10am, if its not going to been seen till 5pm!!.
I’ll stop it here for now, as there is lots more to the whole story (for even another malfunction), but let’s just say I wouldn’t buy a Subaru anymore nor go to this dealership or service centre for more than an oil change…. And even that, I would question doing!!
