Great service. Recall issues and a replacement of camshaft position sensor were addressed. I was provided with free Uber rides to my home and back to the dealership instead of waiting in the dealership. All people that I communicated with during my visits to the dealership were nice and helpful. I was offered a free carwash that Ivhad to decline since I needed my car for some previously scheduled events. I would recommend 401 Dixie Hiyndai for service & purchase of a new car.

Only 2 months old! I recently bought a new 2024 Hyundai Venue and was very happy with my purchase until yesterday. It’s only 2 months old and the dashboard went black with the illumination icon stuck on it and there is a battery discharge warning but I’ve never used the battery without the car on.

I called all over Ontario looking for the SUV I wanted! Alex was able to get me into my dream vehicle quickly. Although I was a few hours away, he made the process incredibly easy! He started off by sending me a personal video of the vehicle I was purchasing, right down to showing me where to put the hockey bag and sticks. After we agreed on the terms etc, I spoke to Roy who assisted with all the email terms and warranty arrangements. They worked together and got me into my new SUV, ready for pick up the next day! This is my 5th vehicle purchase, and the best experience I've had. I truly felt valued as a customer, and I was treated like family. Alex even followed up with me the following day to see how my drive home was. Hands down! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Never will i deal with these lowlifes again.It hurts after the many years i entrusted them with my car that they started to finesse me. 50-100 part 5x more to put it in.When i asked a manager being a senior if he could give me a break i see they charged me 150 more.The lesson learned? I had 5 hondas and NEVER EVER had a 1- 3000 repair Folks save yourself some cash and avoid this dealership unless your name is Trudeau.

I have had a very bad experience with Bolton Hyundai. I am writing feedback after 3 months of my car purchase. I bought a Tucson 22 model, and they gave me full assurance that this is a certified car and all, but just after 2 months, it started giving an issue of oil leakage. When I went to them for the issue, they suggested I get the fuel injector cleaned and charged me $350. They said that this came under wear and tear. If it is part of wear and tear, they could check it before giving it to the customer. How come wear and tear happened just in 3 months. Their sales team is very smart and can sell anything to you at a high price. Once the car is sold, they least bother about the service. Don't get into that trap. I am escalating the issue to Performace Group as well as Canada Hyundai for a better resolution. Jagdeep

Can't get a straight answer regarding recurring problem with battery discharging due to external devices and what happens when the warranty expires. This will be the third time that the car will be in for the same problem. The first time the battery was flat and it was at 4:00 a.m. after returning from a vacation. Was damaged cold in March. They used to be a service dealership but now only interested in charging for unnecessary items.

After telling him she was looking a level down from that, he informed her he was not even going to bother looking at her car to value it . Wow, business is that good you can chase a new customer to you, long time Hyundai owner, away ?! The response from the Business manager was not much better. I am shocked actually. If they treat potential customers like this, can't imagine an after purchase issue getting much help. She is a long time Hyundai owner, and client of Finch here in town, just went to see what other options were available. And now we know.

I think they are scammers. Cheaters, liars and frauds. 4 months ago, I received an email from Gyro Hyundai stating that a complimentary service appointment had been scheduled for my car. They mentioned that they would check it free of charge. Concerned if there were any issues with the car, I made an appointment and arrived at the service center. However, after waiting for 2 hours, my car did not arrive. The service center was empty. When I inquired about the delay, they told me they were conducting a thorough inspection. Eventually, they approached me and reported that the car's air filter was dirty, the wipers were malfunctioning, and the wiper fluid was low. They claimed that the other parts were in good condition. I contested, stating that these parts were working before their inspection. They responded, "Alright, let's wait a bit longer and then deliver the car." Fifteen minutes later, my car was returned to me. Meanwhile, a salesman approached me. He said he was the sales manager. He asked if I was interested in a car. I asked if there was a new Elantra available. He said he could get one within 2 months. He insisted I buy it. He asked me to leave a deposit of $2000. I found this excessive. He said $1000 would be enough. He told me I could get the money back if I changed my mind about buying the car. I paid the deposit. Later, when I started my own car, I noticed that the heater was working. Initially, I thought the wipers were intact. They looked that way. As I drove, I heard a slight rattling from the engine. When I got home and inspected the car, I found they had forgotten a pair of wrenches and deposited sand into the air filter, damaging the wipers. The next day, I discovered that the rear lights were not working. When I took the car to another mechanic, they told me the lights had been glued in place and it would take significant effort to remove them. Later, the mechanic explained that certain parts of the car had been replaced. Upon learning this, I decided not to buy the car. I asked for my deposit back, but they said they wouldn't return it. Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous complaints about fraudulent practices associated with this company. Especially, they take deposits like a mafia organization, leading to many lawsuits against them. I filed a lawsuit against them. I don't understand why Hyundai would grant dealership to such fraudulent entities. @hyundai

Incident 1: Bought a Hyundai Tucson from a private dealer, later found that Android Auto was not working, took the car to Attrell Hyundai as the car was under Hyundai warranty and the dealership was just 2 kms from my place, they literally said they can't help if the vehicle is bought from a private dealer. After pushing that the vehicle is still under warranty and if they can't help, they should give in writing, they agreed to have a look but said that all three cables I had (2 used and 1 new) are faulty and said they can not check with any of their own cables. Later 401 Dixie Hyundai fixed the issue for me. Incident 2: There was a recall on my vehicle. I booked the appointment and went there. The team said that my booking is cancelled and I have to book another one for next availability. When I refused to return, the cancelled someone else's booking and addressed my car's recall. Clearly they are overbooking and cancelling without letting the customer know. Incident 3: The funniest thing, as the dealership was super close to my house, we chose this dealership to buy a new Hyundai Palisade from. When we went there and asked the sales guy that we want to know more details and have a look at the car, he replied why are you here and whatever you want to know is on the internet. When we said that internet doesn't tell the comfort and the drive experience, he said all the seat measurements and engine specs are mentioned in details. When we asked to see a car in physical, he said give us your number, we'll give you a call when we have a display car (it's almost 8 months and I am still waiting for the call). We went to 401 Dixie Hyundai to see the car and came out buying one. That tells the different attitude of two dealership.

We bought a 2019 Tuscon. The engine stopped working. We towed it to Rexdale Hyundai. We have dealt with this dealership for many years and purchased 4 cars from them. We purchased years ago and it ran for 15 years. The dealership said it was under warranty and/or recall Months later they said our warranty was void because we got oil changes some where other than their dealership. So now we have a 2019 Tuscon sitting at the dealership and now they said they were going to charge us for parking. They want 7,700.00 to fix the engine. I would not recommend this dealership service department.

We were lied to by the salesman Kunj as a fee of $700 dilawri fee being a non negotiable mandatory fee then later discover on the website it lists as optional dilawri fee . we were told it was in the advertised price of the car online since in ontario it has to be listed with all fees included but I do have the images to show the breakdown and that the $700 bucks wasn't included in the advertised price. We brought up the fact that we were told it was mandatory and asked for it to be removed and were told they will see what they could do. upon pickup we brought it up again we were told to sign and they would rectify it, after much back and forth on the phone the next day they agreed to a full refund and that it was thier mistake and would mail a cheque, that was a week ago. today they call and said we have your cheque but can't send it unless we give them a good review and survey first, then upon them seeing our 5 star review they would mail it.. We were allready lied to why would we give a good review and survey before bieng satisfied, so we declined and the salesman said well we won't refund you them, so here we are with an honest review. Don't deal with this shady company, I get the price is the price and we signed but we were lied to about the correct info. Im not even disputing the 599 dealer fee or the bogus 1200 for paint protection ect, I agreed to pay those but this 700 fee that was sold as mandatory and then they agreed to return it and went back on their word, that is unacceptable. We have also contacted corporate Hyundai who has said this isn't the first time this practice of adding fees and then only offering to refund them for good reviews in blackmail and has happened at this particular dealership in the past and are also following up from corporate.

Very disappointed with the way I was treated and lied to. Bought a 2024 Venue and was treated poorly . I spent my savings in getting a new car once I reached 64. My salesperson could not make it on the my car arrived so the finance person was to be there for my pick up, He was in a hurry and passed me off to another sales person to show me vehicle. This sales person then. Promised me winter matts and then kept telling me all kinds of excuses about the matts. I finally had enough and my last email was successful, but once again lied to about matts. Will never buy from them or will recommend them to any family or friends, Very poor way to make a sale. Guess they thought I wasn't worth anything as the car did not cost a huge amount of money. By the way bought car in November, received car end of Dec. Matts delivered April 19. Every excuse was made as to why mats were not there. From Covid to not knowing what I wanted. Many emails and phone calls that were ignored. Put on Hold and no one ever answering to leaving message with managers and not being called back. Bradley was only one to respond to me. Shame on all of you for making a 64 year woman regret her decision. Love my car, just wish i would of gone somewhere else. Julia Deleo
