Everything was transparent from the get go. There was no rush, they worked around my schedule and timing. It snowed the day we finalized the deal and they did a great job making sure I was safe by offering a fantastic winter tire package to go with my vehicle. My next vehicle will be from them!

Timely and professional service. Services required were carefully reviewed by the service agent with me before I handed over the keys. The service agent confirmed my contact information and time requirements for return of the vehicle. I was promptly informed when the vehicle was ready for pick-up. At pick-up the services performed and status of the car (brakes, tire tread etc) were reviewed by the service agent with me. Re-torque for tire rotation was performed courteously and promptly when requested.

Took my car here and it was almost the end of the day and they still did not have any idea why it has issues. Had to leave overnight and next day told they cannot find issue. I pick up my car and told I have to pay $200 just to look and tell me nothing is wrong even though it has warranty. I would not taken here if told that first. They rip of single parent in hard times.

I recently visited Okotoks Ford Lincoln in search of a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.   I picked up my kids today from school for an exciting day as we were picking up the new family car from Ford Okotoks. When we arrived, the salesperson said we had to wait until they changed the rear light bulb, which would only take 20 minutes. However, we had to stay three hours in Okotoks with no complaints, and we kept the kids busy while waiting for the light to get fixed. While waiting, my husband checked his bank account and noticed we did not get our deposit back from Ford Okotoks as they had already gotten the vehicle's total price in a bank draft. My husband had to go inside and ask for his money back; we were shocked that the financing department did not notice this.   When the car was done, and the salesperson drove it to the parking lot so we could pick it up, we noticed for the first time that the car had dents on both sides. When we brought our concern to the salesperson about it, she said they were there when we first test-drove it, and she called the manager because she could not help. We tried to explain our concern to the manager and why these dents were not disclosed when we reviewed the vehicle history on our first visit. The manager gave us no chance to talk and kept talking over us, and all he was saying was that "they did not need to disclose any damage in the car as long as it does not affect the driver's safety". I found his statement was lacking transparency and professionalism. All he wanted to do was to sell the car without considering any business morals related to honesty and transparency.  My initial visit to Okotoks Ford was filled with optimism and trust. However, this incident shattered that trust and left me feeling deceived and misled. The entire process was a frustrating and disillusioning experience.  Okotoks Ford management could significantly improve customer service by prioritizing honesty and transparency. Training staff to listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate information about a vehicle's history would also significantly improve the overall experience.   I strongly recommend that others approach this dealership with extreme caution. It's crucial to thoroughly scrutinize any agreements or contracts before proceeding. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a frustrating and disillusioning ordeal, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience.

Bucars sent our Motorhome here under warranty for a fuel leak on the gas tank and engine error code on the date booked. One week and they have not even looked at it. Why book a vehicle in for a specific date when they are not going to look at it. We are held hostage with a vehicle we cannot use while it sits there until they decide that they might look at it.

We came in knew the exact truck we wanted, test drove it, negotiated a deal, signed and paid deposit. Literally two days later we get a call from our sales person telling us that our deal is cancelled. I ask to speak to the GM, no call. I call back and speak with Lawrence, who not only talks over me but lies to my face and tells me my husband cancelled the deal. So then my husband decides to go in to understand what happened and Lawrence gets right in his face, threatens him and then threatens to call the police. Shortly after the General sales manager pulls my husband aside apologizes for the mess that Lawrence made and tries to sell us a different truck. This dealership is full of insane sales people with the most disgusting pressure tactics. save yourself time and go anywhere but here. I took the time to read the reviews after this incident happened to me. I warn anyone else to do the same as this seems to be an ongoing occurrence.

I have never been treated so badly! I bought a 2023 F-150 2.7c a couple of months ago and the truck came out with many defects (4 times in the shop and still not repaired). My wife and I went to look for a solution to the problem last Saturday afternoon and the manager told me that I had to contact Ford directly because he cannot do anything for us (So why is there a manager if he can't do anything for me and asks you to go directly to Ford?) He offered me an expensive product and when I asked him to help us to pay something close that we are paying now he left us talking, got up and left! the worst manager in the world! We just need a reliable truck and the one we have is not as it has many defects. We asked the manager to change the truck because it is not possible to have so many defects in a new truck and we felt very insecure, and the manager asked us to pay $60 CAD more bi-weekly for a truck that is not like the one we had before. We asked him to let us pay something close to what we pay now ($518/bi-weekly) but he wouldn't help us. He got up and left. He was very rude and cowardly in not wanting to serve his clients. It is the worst treatment we have received in our lives. The manager stood up and left us talking. The worst customer service. The manager was not willing to support the client in times of need. Please, we need help! Could it be racism??? That happened at Marlborough Ford Calgary AB.

The quote from Clarence was very reasonable, the work was completed without issue and ahead of schedule, and the final bill was even less than the original quote (this speaks to the honesty and integrity of this dealership). Terrible service, and every visit seems to surface more 'money grab' problems. The last issue with them, I was rear ended in my car. The insurance company wouldn't accept that the ABS module was damaged by the collision, and Hansen backed up the insurance company's claim, rather than a repeat customer (I've purchased 3 new vehicles from their lot). Further, they over estimated the price of parts to repair by more that 30%, as I purchased the parts myself from a dealership on the other side of the country for almost half what Hansen quoted. The labor time estimates were WAY more than what the job to replace and reprogram the new module and HCU actually takes to do, claiming a full day for the reprogramming which actually only takes about 15 minutes. (I would do it myself, but Lincoln has the programming locked for Ford/Lincoln techs only for a 7 y/o vehicle). I've received no support through the entire ordeal from this dealership, and they now block my calls and emails when I attempt to get my car back on the road. Further, they kept my car for almost 2 months before even communicating to me what the diagnostics had found. Terrible customer service, no support for repeat buyers, unless of course you're an oil company buying fleets.

I Received Such a high level of disrespect from the people At heartland ford. When I purchase the vehicle The people I was dealing with at heartland ford told me that the car had two sets of tires. One set was already on the car which was the winter set. The other set Heartland ford put in the back for me. These tires were in the back of the car when I test drove it! The guy with us even commented on how there were 2 sets of tires. When i bought the car Nobody from Heartland ford went outside and went over the vehicle with me. Now summer is quickly approaching So I brought the tires that Heartland ford dealership gave me when i originally purchased the vehicle. I brought the tires To the dealership to get changed. Heartland Ford told me that they were the wrong tires... They told me that I was a liar and These Tires We're not the tires for the vehicle i traded in . I was taken back because first off I have no other tires!! .I never had any other tires! Unless I gave you guys a vehicle without any tires on it! The only tires that I have are the tires Heartland Ford Gave me When I bought the vehicle!!! Second they just called me a liar!!! They refuse to acknowledge that Someone at Heartland Ford dealership Made a mistake and gave me the wrong tires! My husband came to the dealership because I was trying to deal with them for about two hours. He was a little frustrated he wasn't out of Control. Rightfully so, they just called me a liar. Also Heartland Ford dealership We're being dishonest About The tire situation. Heartland ford dealership Right out threatened My husband!. When we told them we were going to record what they had to say. They would not talk to us. And kicked us out of the dealership. Before they gave us another number to call. The amount of smirky disrespect that we got from the men in management Was unbelievably unprofessional! We have dealt with Heartland Ford's disrespect and dishonesty before. Heartland Ford didn't give me The master key fob for the vehicle either when i purchased it..Heartland ford lied about it and said i had the right key. And tried to make us pay for another. until we fought for the right key fob! The other key fob wouldn't let me change any of the settings. Worst dealership I have ever been too! Heartland ford dealership in Fort saskatchewan Alberta. I'd give you guys 0 stars if I could. They need to be out of business or get some more professional people working.
