The internet sales manager, Tyler, was very attentive to every request we made and upon our arrival was available to handle every detail of the sale with a perfect touch. The little car had been a rental and was in need of a little TLC which it received and by the time I picked it up it looked brand new. Cody, the finance officer was super in getting me the car payment rate that I wanted and everyone at the dealership gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Heck they even made sure we left with a brand new BBQ as described on their website which we were absolutely thrilled to receive. Super awesome job Straightline KIA Team!!! More

Best Customer Service Purchased my first Kia through this dealership, And I was in from out of town and had a flat tire. We decided to go to the dealership since KAL Tire c Purchased my first Kia through this dealership, And I was in from out of town and had a flat tire. We decided to go to the dealership since KAL Tire couldn't get us in until the end of the day, leaving us without a car and with our dog. The parts department had just closed; yet the managed to fit us in since we were driving 6 hours home the next day. While they were fixing the tire they changed my oil since it was due for service. While we waited they let us bring our puppy into the dealer rather than him waiting outside in the heat. I can not be more grateful for them accommodating us, And making sure we were safe on the road! I highly highly recommend this dealership!! More
