I went for the oil change, they told me it would take approximately an hour and it took me more than three hours and no one gave me a reason for the delay. They also did not apologize when I complained. More

I went in for a scheduled oil change. Employees were friendly and helpful. While waiting, employees walking by always acknowledged me, one even offering to get me a coffee or water. Nice! More
