Beware taking new car in for any service! 3 year old Honda Civic purchased new from Halton Honda. After sticking with their service department during the warranty period and having them do "2" 3 year old Honda Civic purchased new from Halton Honda. After sticking with their service department during the warranty period and having them do "2" B services I was under the assumption that they actually did perform what they said they would. B service is supposed to include brake inspection of front and rears and also lubricating the caliper sliding pins. With only 60,000km's on the vehicle I spent this past weekend replacing a completely worn and completely uneven wear at that(all the way to the backing plate) left rear pad. This after their last inspection said rotor thickness and pad wear were fine. I can tell you unequivocally they never even removed the caliper sliding pins EVER. I had to even hammer the inside brake pad out of the bracket to remove it. No grease, no lubrication on any of the hardware/shims. What a sham! The screws were so rusted I needed a breaker bar to loosen them. Each time I paid easily over $300 for this service, there is no chance they ever performed this service. I replaced all the rubber boots on the caliper mounting bracket using synthetic grease, cleaned the sliding pins, re-greased them and replaced all rear pads myself. But it doesn't stop there. One year ago I also had them replace my air filter. Stupid me, I never checked. Today I did. Guess what i found? Yup, don't think that air filter was ever replaced either so today I replaced it myself. I won't ever be back to this dealership. You've been warned! More

Won't return/recommend- Expected more from a Honda dealer On Aug.10th, I gladly had my car towed to Halton Honda for new tires when I had a flat and HH was significantly closer than my regular dealer. However, my feelings turned to utter displeasure after the service, when I learned that one of my rotors had been warped during the tire installation and the service manager did not accept responsibility for this occurrence or offer any solution.. We had to incur our own expense elsewhere to remedy this. I feel really ripped off as a result as I felt that could trust a Honda dealer. Furthermore, I have not had any acknowledgement of the messages I sent 9 days ago to both the service manager, Ian and the General manager Shams. Customer service - NOT More

Perhaps because we were two females he felt he could manipulate us into his way of thinking but we ended up walking out without test driving a car. Went to Oakville where our experience was 100 per cent different. In Oakville we were treated with respect, kindness and honesty. Would never buy a car from burlington Honda. Terrible customer service....very aggressive, demeaning towards women and just plain pushy and rude. More

So, that is what I just did and had to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple tire service. Needless to say, I did not expect to spend half of my work day at the dealership!! Brad was kind enough and at least I didn't pay for the service, he was the only positive in this very negative experience. I met Greg Berg when I walked into Halton Honda and he was amazing! He showed me the perfect car for me, my needs and my budget. He did not try to sell me something that would be more than I could manage. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Dwayne arranged the financing and I qualified for it on my own - no parent co-signing necessary! I picked up my Honda Civic today and can't believe I own such a beautiful car. This would not have been possible without the expertise of Greg who knows his cars but also knows his buyers. Customer service is hard to find today but I had it start to finish.
