I was very pleased with service representative Derrick Howard who went over and above to get my vehicle repaired by the warranty coverage. He walked it through the entire way and got me set up with a loan Howard who went over and above to get my vehicle repaired by the warranty coverage. He walked it through the entire way and got me set up with a loaner car while it was in the shop. It even got finished a day earlier than expected. This experience was a lot better than what I was expecting. Thanks Toyota of Tampa Bay! More
