Derrick Howard is the only one who offered to fix the issue and offered to see what the manufacturer warranty or the warranty I PURCHASED could do. I guess there are a tiny bit of good people who exist there bc my issues were ignored by the rest. More

I had a frustrating experience with the service department. I drove 30 minutes in the morning after being assured that my truck would be ready by 7 a.m. only to find out it wasn’t ready at all.
