The first diagnostic and repair did not solve the problem ended up having to have a new transmission. The delay was too long and being told one of the reasons was I did not have the oil for the transmission and had to be ordered. Seemed very strange. When I picked up the car, finally everyone there was very accommodating and the general manager did all of the things I asked. In the end, I’m happy with the service. The wait time was unacceptable for a car with 5000 miles.
