I got a Gladiator from them 2 weeks ago. Salesman was great and he got me what I wanted. But............ Windshield had a chip and they said would take care of it and I followed up and nothi Salesman was great and he got me what I wanted. But............ Windshield had a chip and they said would take care of it and I followed up and nothing. I has to have it changed with my insurance. after a few days I heard a bit of a squeak in my power steering. When I check the fluid the reservoir for the PS fluid was empty. I also checked the coolant expansion tank and was almost empty also. Since that got me sceptic I checked the cabin filter and was super dirty and had dead roaches in it. Engine air filter also super dirty like not changed in years. It is unacceptable that they get a lease return or whatever vehicle and they don't change or check the necessary fluids or filters. The oil says 100% but now I don't trust them and will have that changed also. They gave me a year of oil changes and will not even use them cause now I don't trust. Manager Zeke emailed me to follow up on the purchase and I told him all these issues and he told me to take it back to check on it. I couldn't drive an hour on an empty PS fluid reservoir so I had that taken care of myself and the Coolant also. No need for me to go now when I took care of it already. Very disappointed with the service dep not checking vehicles before being available for sale. Shout out to Henson and Sam in sales which are rockstars. More
