Lack of communication I bought my New truck 3 weeks ago. I was contacted by Ms Barker on Monday and she assured me that she would keep me posted and get this resolved i actually felt good going into this. well its Friday ive left several message and no return call. I then was told that my calls needed to be referred to management. Horrible customer service. I contact ford and was told to take it to another dealership to get this knocking sound duplicated. Called another dealership they are happy to look at my truck for me to try to get this resolved being that ive only had this New truck for 3 weeks and 7 of those days was in the shop. So disappointed i heard such good things about planet ford in humble. More

I worked with Salesman Guy Guidry and he quickly found the truck I was looking for. We walked out to the lot to look at the truck and discovered the first truck didn't have the spray-in bedliner already on it and would need to be sprayed. Luckily they had another truck on the lot with the exact same specs and color with the bedliner already sprayed so we just switched the deal to that truck and I drove out the same day. They were also willing to work with me on my trade as well as extended warranty, and I was able to get a good price for both. Thanks for a smooth experience! More

In order to do so, I had to give all of my information needed to close the deal as well as a cash deposit. I had my own financing in place and sent the information over 24 hours before I went to pick it up. But for some unknown reason, I still had to wait almost two hours for all of the documentation to be completed so that I could drive away. I closed on my new house last year in about 25 minutes. One would think that this part could have been sped up a little bit being as I had an appointment and they had my information for five weeks. It wasn't like I was a walk in. More
