This was my first time getting a new car and Zeke helped me pick it out! Spoke on the price and asked if it would change like other dealers do he said no it would not and when it came to signing did not cha me pick it out! The overall experience at this dealership was very satisfactory. The sale team and sales man were very professional and did a stellar. In a day and age where people seem to be doing everything possible to avoid dealerships, Toyota of Naperville showed me the value of dealerships, and that is the people. I was treated like family from everyo possible to avoid dealerships, Toyota of Naperville showed me the value of dealerships, and that is the people. I was treated like family from everyone I engaged with, from Zeke in Sales to Igor in Finance to Mike in Accessories. They were all super knowledgeable and told me things about my vehicle that I may never have figured out on my own.
