Madi Northington was my first contact and sales advisor. She texted me two very informative videos, which really impressed me and gave me confidence that she knew the vehicle. After the test drive she showed me every option and went thru every menu selection. Her knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive, especially because the Ford Explorer Limited, which we ended up purchasing, has so many features and lots of technology. She is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and delivered superior customer service through the entire process. While on the lot, I was greeted but not pressured by five different associates. The advertised price is a no haggle best price with no hidden fees, which was very refreshing. The whole dealership is very squared away, from sales to finance, all the way to upper management. I've been looking for a vehicle for several weeks, I've been to several different dealerships, and they pale in comparison. I highly recommend Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville. I also highly recommend Madi Northington, Sales Associate / Advisor. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had, and that's saying a lot. Great job Five Star Ford of Lewisville!!!
