After my horrible experience at regional hyundai I decided to take a chance with Jim Norton Toyota. Not only did Zack greet my husband and I at the door, he took his time to show us the Rav4 and made decided to take a chance with Jim Norton Toyota. Not only did Zack greet my husband and I at the door, he took his time to show us the Rav4 and made sure we felt comfortable. He didn't push us to buy the car but instead gave his honest opinions. We originally wanted to go see the chevy blazer as well but Zack sold us on a brand new 2020 Rav4 with his customer service! He went out of his way to find the exact color we wanted and when he promised something he delivered on it! He makes sure to contact me when he promised and gave updates when he knew first thing! When we needed something I could reach out to him on his personal cell so I didn't have to wait and twiddle my thumbs like at hyundai!
