My wife felt good about the experience from the moment she went and saw Marcus and from there it was smooth and seamless. It wasn’t just a sell for him, it was listening and earning trust and pointing out every detail that may have been a concern. The car had just been traded in and it was dirty as expected but Marcus didn’t hesitate to point out any imperfection that was being hidden by it being dirty.
