Marcus and Zach were awesome. Saw a vehicle called up and the communication was amazing. Full transparency and straight forward. My wife felt good about the experience from the moment she went and saw Marcus and from there it was smooth and seamless. It wasn’t just a sell for him, it was listening and earning trust and pointing out every detail that may have been a concern. The car had just been traded in and it was dirty as expected but Marcus didn’t hesitate to point out any imperfection that was being hidden by it being dirty. So my wife and I just felt good that there was nothing be hidden. One thing unique about the entire situation is this. Marcus isn’t a sales person. He is the General sales manager.
