Without him I would not be able to get my hands on my 2019 civic type r. The car did not arrive till about a month later because it was being assembled from the UK. From the first day till a month later Russ kept in touch with me regularly and gave me much anticipated updates. He answered all my questions and always had a smile when I come in for new updates. All the staff I encountered were friendly and always had time to answer my questions. I have told my friends, co-workers and family about my wonderful car experience Thank You Honda Of Lincoln! Although there was a small mix up with the color of car I was getting, Mark and his staff went above and beyond to make things right. Mark and his staff had a great soft sell that made you feel important and like this wasn't just another check for them. Mark, Zach, and Chad all were very personable, kind, and willing to take care of you no matter what. When it is time for me to get a new vehicle again, I would without a doubt use Mark. More
