We were lied to about a warranty package that was purchased. Told rims were covered if scratched. When we attempted to get them fixed we were told no, had to be manufacturer rims. Would not ever purchase a car with them again. Deceptive practices during finance as well. Told me I had to get a certain warranty/it was Florida law. I called them out on that but warranty was still added. More
