I scheduled a service online. I showed up and was ignored for 15 minutes and then was told to wait in the waiting room. Finally I got my bill…$275 for a job that should have been half that, and I noticed that they didn’t change the air filter. Since when is the air filter not included in a service? I worked in shops for years and it always was then. The girl was rude and the entire experience was very disappointing. More
