Took my car in for service as it was sluggish to start and making a jingling sound. $4000+ later they gave me an estimate of all the things it needed to be done. New starter for example. New battery. Etc and making a jingling sound. $4000+ later they gave me an estimate of all the things it needed to be done. New starter for example. New battery. Etc etc. Took the quote to someone else who Recommeneded checking the battery first before changing starter…guess what it worked. They did all the work that was recommended for under $1000. Shame on you GMC for uocharging so much. This was the second time I tried your place after I walked away from a $200 oil change. I couldn’t remember why I went back since you’re close to my house and very convenient, but no third time is a charm for me. Crooks. More

Came in for one problem, left with a huge issue on my ball bearings. When I called was told that the issue wasn’t present at the time of inspection - of course because it was non existent until I took my ball bearings. When I called was told that the issue wasn’t present at the time of inspection - of course because it was non existent until I took my car to get serviced for something unrelated. And then the repair is around 3k because the part is 2k. Predatory practices. Completely disappointed. Avoid any major services with them or enter at your own risk. It becomes a chain reaction that everything else starts to break once they go under your hood with an overpriced solution to a problem they created. More
