Honestly great service tech, Olivia P. , and customer service. I would love to have her as my service department tech for every appointment. I am irate--you guys wore me down and ended up charging me far more than I anticipated, or than I had been told the cost would be. I will be pursuing legal action to either return the car and get a comple me far more than I anticipated, or than I had been told the cost would be. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I will never again use your services or recommend you. I feel that you charged me $15000 to $20000 more than I was led to expect. More
