I had a great overall experience at this dealership, especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Yaki especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). Without going into details, the entire sale was almost blown because of the way he communicated with me, just because I dared to ask for a review of my lease's numbers. I reported the incident to the General Manager because I was genuinely concerned about his behavior, receiving a sincere apology and the deal's review that I was politely asking for in the first place.
