Good service. Depending on who’s at the counter, you’ll get someone who’s either chipper or menh! Help staff to have better job satisfaction. The service was good and the staff was very helpful. The issue was for a 6 month service and brake change it took 4 hours. That did limit me as to what I could accomplish that day. Making the appt took 3 phone calls in addition to setting it on you website. The first 2 callers claimed neither I nor the rav4 had ever been to Conicelli. I was told after I dropped off that I had no appt a it on you website. The first 2 callers claimed neither I nor the rav4 had ever been to Conicelli. I was told after I dropped off that I had no appt at 7:30am, then that i ha forfeited it by leaving the car overnight. Mr Mays worked it all out but the process was very frustrating. More

I waited for five hours at the dealership with minimal updates about what was going on. If they had been up front, I could have taken the shuttle or found a ride home. Instead, I waited 2.5 hours to be to updates about what was going on. If they had been up front, I could have taken the shuttle or found a ride home. Instead, I waited 2.5 hours to be told I needed new tires, another hour and a half to be told someone would check on what was going on, and then another 45 minutes after being told it would be done in 20 minutes. Then I realized my car had been sitting outside the door finished for the last 25 minutes but no one bothered to tell me and give me my bill. I left with a migraine and $1000 less in my pocket. The old woman next to me told me to go somewhere else and get tires cheaper. I should have listened to her. They didn’t even seem convinced that the tires would solve the issue. I basically wasted a whole day. More
