I reached out to Garrett after I was in an accident in my current Mazda that he helped me buy back in 2020. From the moment I reached out to him, his customer service was nothing short of spectacular. He too current Mazda that he helped me buy back in 2020. From the moment I reached out to him, his customer service was nothing short of spectacular. He took my call on his day off talked to me for 20 minutes about my options. I was able to do a lot of the process over the phone and online. I set up an appointment with Garrett and even though it was his other day off, he came in to accommodate my schedule as I’m very busy and limited on time. We tested the CX50 Hybrind and I was in love. Garrett got the numbers and paperwork process done quickly and even took me to drop off my rental car and brought me back to the dealership. He went over all the new features on the CX50 and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This is Mazda number 2 from Garrett and I plan to get my next one with him in the future.
