John broke everything down with great detail yet in a timely manner while making sense of each document prior to signature. The communication and friendliness by John made for an enjoyable signoff on the financials to be smooth and pleasant. He values your needs and offers great insight to added policies/package deals for maintenance. He brings real world scenarios into the equation both present and future to help you think long term.
