The Small Things Matter Overall I thought our experience in the dealership was great. Will was very friendly and worked with us to make sure we qualified for certain rebates. Overall I thought our experience in the dealership was great. Will was very friendly and worked with us to make sure we qualified for certain rebates. We were well taken care of during the process and with the paperwork. I appreciated the dealerships willingness to work with us. My biggest issue with this purchase has been after the sale. The dealership wasn't immediately able to find the 2nd set of keys for our vehicle, so we asked that they mail them. We came home a few days later to find a doortag for a missed collect shipment, because the dealer sent the keys but didn't pay the postage. I find that to be terrible customer service, making me pay for the keys because some employees couldn't be bothered to find the keys the day we bought the car. It makes me question their commitment to their customers and maintaining a high service level. I don't think our car will be coming back to this dealership for service or maintenance. More
