Will is absolutely the best car salesp when considering Curry Honda in Chicopee, MA. Today, I am going to make it short and sweet - Will Fathi Ahmed. Will is absolutely the best car salesperson I have EVER dealt with. Because of my field and the travel it requires, it is not unusual for me to clock 40,000 miles per year. Needless to say, I trade in often. When I do, I go to Will. He makes the entire experience not just stress-free but enjoyable. He is extremely personable and (without being the slightest bit pushy) professional. Holding to those traits can be difficult when confronted by me. I am the first to admit that I am not an easy person to deal with. I am your typical control freak, arriving at the dealership - homework done and knowing to the penny what I need to close the deal. Without fail, Will and I are able to come to terms - over and over again. I am so impressed with Will that I have sent many individuals to him over the past couple of years - all of whom have purchased a vehicle from Will. I chose Curry Honda in Chicopee because I have been bringing my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid for service all this time. Never once did the Service Department try to make me feel they were trying to get me t bringing my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid for service all this time. Never once did the Service Department try to make me feel they were trying to get me to spend money on make believe repairs. I was always treated with respect and honesty and they did a GREAT job - always! So......time to buy a New car and I chose the 2013 Honda Civic Coupe LX. I was never made to feel as though my selection was any less impressive or important if I was buying a luxury vehicle. Reno greeted me in the parking lot as I drove up and made sure he took extremely good care of me. He assisted with getting me the best trade-in value for my car (believe me, they did a great job) since my vehicle had a few dents and bumps in it. He was always available for my questions and never sat on a task that needed to be done. The process was made smooth and easy. He is a very low key individual and knows what he is talking about. My new vehicle was obtained two days ahead of schedule! I ordered a white one and that is not so easy to find. I was called and the next day found myself driving my new car home! Also helping to close the deal on the final day was Will Fathi Ahmed. He assisted with explaining to me all the wonderful gadgetry in my car. This car came with many wonderful standard features that used to be considered extra options. While Reno handled getting my new car ready, Will and I did all the paperwork to wrap it up! Everything was explained thoroughly. Almost forgot! I started with Mali Miller - the Internet Sales Rep who assisted with getting me a terrific offer on the new car! I could not be more pleased. The customer service I received from my salesman (Will Fathi Ahmed) was exceptional as well as his knowledge of the vehicle I was looking out. Will was not pushy and he answered all my questions without hesitation There was a problem with my insurance company and Will went above and beyond to resolve it. After putting 150k miles on my 2005 Civic, I felt confident that Honda was my most reliable car ever. I had been thinking about trading it in for a year or so, and then found 0.9% financing at Curry confident that Honda was my most reliable car ever. He was friendly, informative and very easy to deal with. After the test drive of a 2013 Civic, I was interested in what my trade in would be worth. The number he came back with was more than fair, and I was more interested in moving forward. The experience I had at Curry was so simple and comfortable that I didn't even want to test drive any other brands of cars. Picked up the new car two days later, and am still loving it. It is beautiful, fuel efficient and at 0.9% financing, it was an offer I couldn't refuse. More
